A beef share is your chance to reserve a guaranteed share of one of our 100% grass-finished cows raised on regenerative pasture practices. You place a deposit for the size of share that fits your family's needs and receive your beef after processing. We only sell as many shares as we are absolutely sure we can fulfill. So, once you place your deposit, you can rest easy knowing that your beef will be ready to ship.

Bulk beef allows us to develop responsible plans for our herd to implement truly regenerative and rotational grazing practices. This way we improve soil health and encourage biodiversity. Selling cows means the WHOLE COW is honored and utilized in nourishing families. More control in your hands means you're not relying on grocery stores for your meat supply during food shortages. You'll have greater control over the quality of your food knowing exactly where it comes from. Also, a freezer full of 100% grass-finished beef offers you peace of mind through food security, flexibility with what to cook and a constant source of quick nutritious meals.

Buying in bulk is one of the best ways to protect yourself from fluctuating beef inventory and inflating prices at the grocery stores. You also ensure you have a supply of nutritious and delicious beef on hand for better meal planning or last-minute meals. You will also get to experience alternative cuts of beef.

Your beef will arrive vacuum-sealed and will stay fresh in your freezer for one year. Just so you know... we've eaten beef frozen longer than a year and it was still delicious :)

You get to choose which share you need to feed your family.
We offer 4 standard sizes:
• 1/8th Share (50-60 pounds) - Perfect if you don't have a chest freezer, or just need to top up your supply.
• Quarter Share (80-100 pounds) - Our BEST SELLER! A great way to get started. The right size for a family or couple.
• Half Share (200-240 pounds) - Perfect for larger families or families that cook often.
• Whole Beef Share (400-450 pounds) - Huge family, multiple hungry teenagers, or love to entertain? This is for you!
Each share is slightly different, but on average, you can expect 60-65% assorted beef cuts and 35-40% ground beef.

At 11:15 Cattle Company, we breed and raise Brangus which is a cross breed of Angus and Brahman as well as Black Angus. These cattle are hearty and produce flavorful beef with excellent marbling.

Your beef will come vacuum sealed and boxed with a thermal liner and dry ice. This is to ensure your beef stays frozen from the time it leaves our ranch until it gets to your door.
What specific cuts can I expect with my share?

Every share will be comprised of 40% ground beef and 60% assorted cuts such as Ribeye, NY Strip, Filet, Round Steak, Sirloin, Roasts, and Fajita Meat. There will also be bonuses of Liver, Tongue and/or Heart, Shank Bones (great for making bone broth and soups) and Fat Trimmings (great for making tallow!)

We get our beef processed at a USDA inspected facility. Panola County Processing in Carthage, Texas. They are clean, experienced and do a perfect job processing our beef.

The price per pound is all Inclusive.
You will get the beef (of course), processing, aging and shipping right to you door.

Generally speaking, all shares consist of 35%-40% ground beef and 60%-65% assorted steaks and roast. Your share will also include any requested organs, bones and fat. You can see specifics on the product description page
Why is my deposit non-refundable?
Why is my deposit non-refundable?
When you make a deposit, you are reserving that share of the animal. We then make an appointment with our USDA processor, deliver the reserved animal for processing, have the beef dry-ages for 14 days and return to the processor to pick up your beef. We then store your beef in our freezers as we prepare to deliver n to your door. We only have so many cattle to offer our valued customers, so we need to assure all our steers reach one of our valued customers in a timely fashion. Customers do not buy their beef at the same time, so we only process an animal when a request is made to buy our beef.

Your beef will be dry-aged for 14 days to increase tenderness and flavor. We have found this is the optimal time for our grass-fed beef. It's worth the wait!

Yes! All our cattle are grass fed. We give them treats in the form of cattle cubes about once a week. They eat right out of our hand, and we love to interact with them this way

What finishing methods to you use?
Our cattle are grass fed and grain perfected! That means about the last 8 to 12 weeks before processing, the cattle are fed a high protein grain consisting of all natural grains. There are absolutely no added hormones or chemicals.

YES!! All our beef is 100% naturally raised and antibiotic and hormone free.

We use rotational grazing practices for optimal soil and grass. That means we rotate our cattle to different pastures, so they land has time to regenerate and regular intervals.

No signature is required for delivery. Your box will always be packed with extra dry ice in case you can't unbox it right away, however, since you will know when your beef will be arriving, we recommend getting to it as soon as possible.
